I'm assuming this might have to be a go and get it replaced via warranty but wanted to know if anyone else has had a solution for this issue, sometimes when i press on the key it just doesnt register, for example literally a minute ago I had it bottomed out when it has a 0.4mm actuation point and it was not working.

can you try recording a video with rt display effect enabled?
also i'd try replugging the keyboard and not touch it for a couple of seconds, this recalibrates the HE sensors
