Randomly the ‘a’ key on my 60he will activate the shift key simultaneously and is really bugging me when playing games requiring both inputs. Any fixes??

To showcase when a switch activates/deactivates on the keyboard incase this is caused by the computer/software, can you enable an RGB effect "RT Display"?

To enable this effect, you will need to launch "Wootility" and follow the steps below:

  • Select the "Color" Tab
  • Under "Effect Layers"
  • Select "+ Add RGB Fx Layer"
  • Choose "RT display"
    Image for reference.

This will show when a key activates (Green) and deactivates (Red) and you can check if pressing "A" cause the keyboard to press "Shift".
