Place it On Hold via the Wooting Hub!

you could still sign up wooting hub by the same email address that you used to place the order.
your order will automatically link to that email address

Have you enter any email address when you place the order?
i guess you may mistype the email address when you place the order, or you are not using the same email address for wooting hub. you could send a email to social@wooting.io to recover your order.
it normally take 3 business days to get a reply.
I'll also mention to speed up the process, it's best to include in the email:
- Full name
- Shipping address
- Correct email
as this will help find your order and confirm you.
In the case you have already sent an email, you can reply to the previous email or the automatic reply with the additional information.
an ordernumber might also help
Eh - If we have the name and address, that's all we need. Customer wouldn't be able to provide an order number.
