so i dont really know if this is going to help you, the staff at wooting had free from 23december till 2nd of january, so i guess they just have a lot of e-mail to catch up to 🙂

as im_on_low_fps mentioned, most of the wooting staff was on xmas holidays and it was the weekend as well, double check you were sending to social@wooting.io and you received an automated reply that they've received your request
