Yes,but no. if your country isn't duty free, it mean when the keyboard arrived your country you may need to pay the import tax. it depends on your country policy around 0%-100%, You will receive a email or phone call from shipment provider to charge you those fee.

I’m from Australia so I think the rule is anything under 1k is tax free

if its ture then you are safe, remember to keep the receipt, like the the email and payment screenshot, some country's custom may required those document for clearance.
