Hello my good people at Wooting!
So, I got my 60HE a month 2-3 weeks back and I'm noticing some keys stops working and sometimes the whole keyboard becomes un-responsive and I have to just re-plug the USB C and it works fine. I'm using the Wootility app and web app both (same situation). It was fine for me to not call it out initially since I thought it was just a couple of isolated scenarios but looks like these are not isolated and it happens frequently. Anyone in past faced the same issue? If so, could you help with a fix? Thanks
