60HE all of a sudden not working/will not turn on/will not connect to Wootility

I've also plugged the keyboard into other computers and laptops and it will not turn on or become detected by wootility web or app. the keyboard does not turn on with any other cables or blink on so far unless used with the wooting cable.

To find out what state the keyboard is in, could you in Windows go to "Bluetooth and Devices" and see if the device is listed under either:

• Wooting 60HE (ARM)
• Wooting Restore
• Not listed

have you preformed any modifcaitons to the keyboared like a case swap for example ?

No modifications, just followed the case swap video to clean and check power supply area of corrosion or any issues. It looks great. I had my keyboard power on and stay on all night and gamed on it after 3 hours of power cycling it. The past 3 mornings it will not power on. Not until I power cycle or plug it in and out dozens of times for hours until it comes on

just to check the images you showcase that you have preformed a keyboard "Restore" in "Wootility"
so is the keyboard detected? by the computer in either state

• Wooting (Two HE/60HE) Arm
• Wooting restore

this can be showcased in either "bluetooth and devices"
or in "device manager" and under view select "container"

(please note that the Front end of Wootility wont showcase if the keyboard is Wooting restore)

just want to make sure what the state of the keyboard is in first

Thank you for the insight, what you are reccomending is one of the first things I did. it is not detectable so I can not get it in restore mode. If I am able to get it on again. I will try. I am usually scared to unplug it again once it comes on lol bc I dont know when it wwill turn on again.

For example I have it on right now!! but I have it out of the case

For example, it may continue to work for the day, but the last 3 days when i wake up in the morning and power my pc and everything on, it does not come on. I then go thru the same process of taking it apart and cleaning it and it will turn on eventually and work the the night, until the next morning where it does not turn on or become detected.

Right, it has not been in restore mode once, when I have troubleshooting the restore/update in wootility settings. I am not able to find it under bluetooth devices

With the inconsistency of operation and as it does not go into "Wooting restore" mode when it doesn't power up, I assume there is something wrong with the power or a possible short.

Could you take a picture of the two locations I have circled in the image? If possible, in focus and close up to see it better.

and just anouther thing to check have you used any other usb cable incase it is a problem with the cable

(Also for references and future troubleshooting, make sure there is a lekker switch in the top right and bottom right locations, otherwise known as [backspace] [FN]. If there is no switch, that could force the keyboard into "Wooting restore" (I think, not sure).)

I just successfully put it in restore mode and completed the restore. This is the first time I have done this since this problem has happened. The question is...will it shut off randomly or work when I turn it on tomorrow or later.

It is currently still on with two switches and caps on. I still have to insert all the other switches and caps. But its on. and detected.

That's fine; I circled the locations as they are part of the keyboard. If not coated with a liquid resistance coating, corrosion could bridge the connection, causing the problem.

But going over the pictures, I am not noticing anything out of the ordinary.

is it better to install switches with it unplugged or does it not matter?

Oh, sorry, I misunderstood. I thought in the earlier pictures that you showcased, you performed a restore did not know it was the first attempt but that is a good start and if you experience any problem or the it comes back give me a ping

In regards to not having any magnets (switchs) near the hall sensor, this could result in the keyboard being very sensitive to EMI, like Wi-Fi signals or anything really and could press buttons randomly.
