Just got it today and I am a fellow fn player so I'm using it to have better response time. My one question is, can I switch the keycaps to make it look cooler or will that impact performance

Switching key caps should never change the performance of the actual keyboard, but new key cap sets may feel different compared to ones you are used to. It’s all preference.
