are you running any software to control RGB that could be taking priority example of some software ?

  • Razer Synapse
  • Artemis RGB
  • Corsair iCUE
  • Project Aurora
  • Signal RGB
  • L-Connect
  • etc

  1. I would recommend checking the task manager to see if any of the above-mentioned software is running. If they are running, you can disable them in the task manager and relaunch Wootility. Try applying RGB settings to see if that resolves the problem.

  2. Another test is to plug the keyboard into another computer and apply the modified RGB color settings in Wootility. See if the settings take effect.

Could you post a picture of the running tasks? You can do this by:

  1. Right-clicking the Windows Start icon on the bottom left (image 1 example).
  2. Selecting "Task Manager."
  3. Make sure that the [Processes] tab is selected.
  4. Take a screenshot of the running tasks.

I wish to check if you have any RGB software running in the background that is taking priority of the keyboard's RGB.
As you showed, there were three different programs earlier that have been known to do this, and I want to check if there is any other on your system.
