After receiving the package, I discovered that I had received the wrong package. I did not receive my keyboard but a package of clothes. The tracking number on it was the same as the one officially given to me, which was very strange. I contacted the British DPD and they asked me to contact Wooting officials but I sent an email and Wooting officials never responded to me. Where did my keyboard go? T^T

It sounds like maybe the warehouse mispacked your order - We'll have to look into it when we go through your email and help resolve the issue. 🙂
