Try to swap to one of the spare switches included in the box if you can?

Oh very strange hope they can help you. I’ve seen that this is a bug for some people so hope they can fix it

thanks for trying, i’ve even tried resting the keyboard through the software and it still does it

it’s kind of annoying because it makes me run for a seccond in the games when i’m trying to walk

hmm okay so it happens more the closer to the end of the keycap i press

so im guessing its not actuallly pressing it all the way down or somketh ing

I don't think keycaps would help, seems to be a known bug
