Hello Wooties,

I just received my HE60 last week, all fine, edited my AZERTY HE60 perfectly, loved it.
Last week I updated the keyboard firmware + Wootility. All fine
But since today, the keyboard/Wootility updated when I started the software, and I lost my AZERTY configuration, no way to recover it.
Anoying especialy on French ISO special caracters, no remap possible...

Infos :
Wootility v4.6.7
Wooting 60HE ARM
Firmware v2.7.1
Numéro de série

Nb : I fixed FN1 issue, didn't noticied that my custom profil was on "unactive profiles", after swiping the custom profil on the active ones, FN1 was back.
But still have AZERTY issue.

<@&490097707487330305> just to give a user feedback, the update seems to act like a reset of the keyboard configuration, not sure this behavior was planned by the dev team

Tkt Anders, but no clue why software maked my french ISO keyboard a ANSI QWERTY one ?
Nobody else in my case ?
Expecting answer like I feel stupid because I forgot to check an option 😄

If your keyboard is connected and showing the wrong physical layout (ISO instead of ANSI) you'll have to factory reset it.

Settings, Troubleshooting.

If it's showing the wrong keycap labels in Wootility, that's your operating system's fault for changing the keyboard language

I did what you recommanded Mansen, desperately I lost my config, but hopefully the problem gone for ever in a dark and forgoten place called "/dev/null" 🥷🏽
I did a new (and better configuration), and this time did serveral offline backup profils.
So all good 👍🏽
