uwuting wont connect to either web or desktop wootility

I gave the website full permissions on google and removed my adblocker but it still says i need to give it permission to connect it and nothing pops up anywhere. The desktop version also cant detect my keypad and there isnt even an option in the bottom left to find devices its just the settings button and thats it.
