To verify if there is a calibration issue, please follow these steps:
- Unplug the keyboard.
- Plug it back in.
- Wait for 5 seconds before pressing any keys.

QMK Configurator is an online tool used for easily creating firmware files for keyboards supported in qmk_firmware
I've tried swapping some that worked with others that worked and it's definitely the switches that are faulty.
I would love to receive others so that I can exchange them.
Do you think this is possible?
