It was supposed to arrive on the 12th or 14 of September but the date keeps on being more further while the days pass i live in italy I’ve contacted the support center but they’re saying that there might be some problems with my adresses or something but I don’t think I’ve wrote something wrong because i’ve never had problems with my adresses so if someone could help me thank you!

They probably won't help you with problems like that. They especially write in the email that you should contact them via mail cuz of privacy stuff and so on

Having the same issue, why do they not just give the customer a call? Or just tell them the real reason its a trouble.
The real reason would require a human checking in. They're automated emails in case a certain time threshold is exceeded. Hence the request to reach out.

@random patio example if there is a problem it would be better to have the only reaon why its faulty. Instead of 3-5 options? Its hard for the Customer to keep reaching out after a problem. Why not just ” hey ur adress is a problem we will resolve it by xxx
As I already explained that isn't easy to do. So we ask people to email us.

How long is the response time, because it adds yet another delay for shipping 😦
Can't say for sure. We try to respond within 1-3 days, but it could be longer with how many tickets we have right now.
