Hi,

Wanted to amend my alumaze order expecting to pay a small difference (as I had done in the past when ordering on the store) to be told I would need to remake the whole order but my original could be cancelled (this was about 5 working days later) so I said sure cancel but when going to make a new order my reward codes don’t work as they say they have been used which makes the order a good chunk more?
