it could be a bad calibration could you try the following to recalibrate the keyboard
- unplug the keyboard
- Plug it back in
- don't touch any keys for 5 secs
other things to consider or watch out for
if keyboard is near a wireless charger to move further away
if keyboard is near any magnets directly below or next too

Testing
I have tried eveything. Changing cords to switching USB panel on my motherboard. The brightness was 0 but still the same. It is definately a keyboard problem.
my corsair and other keyboards are working fine with same cord.
do you have tachyon mode enabled ?
Nope
did everything already which that video stated. I contacted support like 2 months ago but no reply.
just checking have you attempted a restore
**This will wipe profiles so make sure to make duplicates of your profiles **
Steps to restore
1.Unplug keyboard
2.Hold down the two keys for you'r model (Refer to image)
3.plug the keyboard back in
4.let go of the keys after 3-4 secs
5.go to wootility
6.Settings
7.Troubleshooting
8.Select you'r layout
9.Restore

Model: Wooting Two He
**keyboard age/received **: ?
Problem: keyboard repeating press Semicolon key [ ; ]
Timeline: seems this problem resolved itself in the past and recently came back
attempted:
- different USB cable
- switching USB port on motherboard
- Brightness set to 0
- tachyon mode is Disabled
- attempted a restore (unknown results)
theory: thinking hall sensor may have dirt/debris on pins that giving bad result

- when did you receive you're keyboard
- did you preform a firmware update on the keyboard - and did the issue reoccurred
lastly you said you sent an email to wooting but received no response they tend to send an automated message to indicate that they received you're email
