I can control the brightness via software but I can't change the color lighting settings and resetting the keyboard doesn't help.
can you do the following to test the Led on the [Z] key
- select all keys and Set to "black"
- select the [Z] Key set the colour to
Red
Blue
Green
White
- and tell us you're results of what lights up and what doesn't
This is to test the LED on the [Z] Key
(notes) can take the keycap off and see directly into the LED to see if it is faint
Red is lit Blue and green are not lit White is lit but shown as red
you will need to send wooting an email and explain that you have a faulty LED at social@wooting.io
and include
Red = outputs light
Blue = No light
Green = No light
to help stream line the email process best to add a video of you changing the colour of the z key in wootility with keyboard/screen in view
