From what i know lubing dampens the sound and removes spring ping. Also something to know is that the board is a tray mount which makes the board uneavenly stiff and produces inconsistent sound.

If you have been using you switches stock a lot(around over 600 000 presses) you might have broken-in switches. Generally better than new switches. Makes the switch smoother and less scratchy. Some people pay more to have their switches broken in for them.

I would recommend, Tape mod for poppy sound and some sort of burger mount to reduce pcb stiffness/inconsistencies.
Lubing will make them smoother, dampen the sound and reduce unwanted sound.
