a few questions to troubleshoot if needed

  1. are there any response from keyboard when you press any keys
    2.dose it light up (LEDs)
    3.tried to use another USB C Cable ?
    4.have you preformed a Case swap?
  2. see if it is listed in windows search "Bluetooth & other devices" if you can see any wooting device listed
  3. have you tried to preform a restore

Unplug keyboard
Hold down the Keys listed in image
plug it back in
let go of the keys after 3-4 secs
check in for windows search "Bluetooth & other devices" if you can see any wooting device listed as "wooting restore"
if there is one preform steps below
go to wootility
settings
troubleshoot
restore
