Ordered my Wooting 60HE 11 days ago and it still hasn’t been shipped out. Now it says my order is on hold due to an issue with my shipping address but there’s nothing wrong with it.
I contacted Support twice but nobody has been able to reach out with any help.
Just keep getting the same automated response.
I know this discord isn’t for customer help but at this point any help would be appreciated TY 🫡
