Hey (:

I’ve ordered 60HE without key caps because I wanted to order some transparent keys which I couldn’t find for German layout.

Now I decided to order it with key caps but the problem is, by adding it to the ongoing order I pay more than ordering it with key caps even tho it would be the same product which I would receive.

I actually wrote an email a week ago but got an automatic reply that they gonna reply asap.

So my question is should I wait or just cancel the order and place another one with the key caps?

The price difference would be only 20$ while choosing the white pbt key caps on checkout but on an ongoing order it’s +40$?
Any ideas ?

these are the prices its up to you, but yes you saved most if you cancel your order and place a new one. you would lose your spot though in the batch

Normally we'd offer to help sort this out by modifying the order.

But we've had to put that on pause for the time being due to having more emails than we can cope with fully.

The amount of work involved in each one compared to cancelling refunding and letting customers re-ordet.
