they are assembled by the factory including switch's
If you have a switch puller you could do it yourself fairly easy / fast as the switch's are not soldered in
just keep in mind the LED are North facing and as a result less light will get through
and the switch's don't have any reports of Lekker switch's having incompatible with south keycaps
(at least that i have read about)
Sounds good, thanks for the reply!I have decided to lube the switches so I will have to pull them all anyways. Have heard that cherry profile key caps in particular have a point of contact before the switch bottoms out when North facing (causing extra noise).
North or South is fine 👍, just don't do it west or east facing because you could damage the leds

To add to my previous comment. No, you should not need to south face any of your switches.
