Hello im just curious, i placed my order about a week ago, i know things arent going to be fast since wooting has high demand, however in the wooting hub it doesnt even say that there is an order under my email adress so now im trying to find out if this is normal or if there has maybe been a mistake

I had a similar case and for me it was due to the payment method.
If you used "sofort bank transfer" then the same should apply to you and it just needs a few days to update.
