Not normal.
Most likely cause is a slight typo in the email when you checked out. Send us an email (see above) with your shipping address, and we can help fix it for you.
I had a similar case and for me it was due to the payment method.
If you used "sofort bank transfer" then the same should apply to you and it just needs a few days to update.
