Hello!

I bought a second hand 60HE from Tweakers and I suspect it to arrive somewhere tomorrow. I'm actually super excited about it! The one I got comes with pixel universe keycaps as shown on the image that I have edited. The board still has around three and a half years of warranty left so I'm pretty happy about that.

I was just wondering if, besides tapping the keys ofcourse, there is another way to ensure whether the keyboard is fully functional?

As for testing I would plug it in using the black/yellow sleeved cable and test it out. You should be able to enable Tachyon mode and run the LED brightness at 100% with no issues using the stock cable.

Oh thank you for sharing the link! I will definitely get that sorted out once the keyboard comes in. In your experience, is there anything else besides what you mentioned above that I should be checking out? The reason I am asking is because I'm not super familiar with the techonology behind key sensitivity. I was wondering if it is possible for a switch to lose it's sensitivity. I don't suspect that to be the case after a half of year of minor useage but it never hurts to be thorough.

you can manually eyeball it,

rapid trigger just bottom out the switch, lift a little then down again if it activates you know its fine
