keys act like im not pressing

I have a video with it to prove it stops with key presses on the side, but in the video it shows that im not pressing at all when i havent let go of the key. https://youtu.be/Nk-o4gpC9Tc
should i remove those keys from the sensitivity possibly? Maybe they are too sensitive? or my sensitivity is too low? from upstroke and downstroke?

likely just a issue with you letting go and activating the rapid trigger function

i play on lowest actuation and fastest rapid trigger and it would happen to me until i got used to it
