and I have already tried to dry it. But it works not now. What can I do?

yea trying to find a better video but not having good luck

but as mansen said best to fully take it apart separate the layers and make sure they are completely dry the foam aswell don't want it damp at all

Use this video as a guide on how to take apart the keyboard completely. You'll need to get the PCBA out of the case (dry the case off, leave it), separate the three layers of the PCBA and dry of all three layers separately (again leave to dry), then plug it back in in a day or two.
