Looking for information about your specific order?
You can find that on the Wooting Hub! There you can also add upgrades, change/confirm your shipping address, and much more.
Is your order about to ship and you need to pause it for any reason?
Place it On Hold via the Wooting Hub!

Is that from the shipping company? Mine hasn't even left the warehouse
Confirmed my address within like 20 minutes of the discord notification. O well I guess
Is there more to the shipping process? I just bought a Wooting Two HE, I'm assuming theres more steps?
Don't think so, once you confirm your address it gets packed and sent out. Just dunno why mine is taking longer than others from the same region
I'm in Australia too, so hopefully it doesn't happen to myself
Yeah dunno, I know we are somewhat down the list in order that they are sent out, but others from Aus and same batch have had theirs atleast ship
Mine is in the Koffie shipment. When did you order?
I'm Planeet for the 60HE. Ordered in May
Mines 24-27 June but its been pushed back everyday for the last week
All good tho, I understand they are busy. Just wanted to see if im the only one and somethings happened!
Yeah hopefully all goes well.

@arctic bone Sorry for the ping just think its somewhat important you guys know. My keyboard arrived today, but is still saying on the wooting hub that it's "packed"
Just incase it happens again and people try get a replacement sent out and end up with two keyboards. Or I could just be a werid case.
Thanks for the heads up. Definitely odd and something we need to follow up on internally 🙂
No problem! P.S the BBOX60 tutorial you posted worked great! 🙂

Be sure to share the final result in #1070668460905988106. The Box cases don't get nearly enough love with all the Alu stuff 😄
