Yes, it fits perfect! I recommend you lubricate the stabilizer wire (not the mount) with a generous amount of lube for the smooth feel and sound.

Do you have a dynamic mic? You're right about the sound, I'm hearing more of a glassy clack than any thock

Not sure what a dynamic mic is? but I used my iPhone to record this video. I didn't use the stock foam from Wooting and removed the painter's tape on the PCB after because it dampened the sound. I like the feel of the ceramic caps on the lubed switches, it just travels heavy and I can feel it on the finger tips (hard to explain), and when it echoes through the hollow aluminum case, it just sounds pleasing to me. Not light glassy clack but heavy glass thump.

Dynamic microphones are typically the type used in podcasts. You may have come across a few typing videos of people using these mics and the sound is like really crisp. It will capture the actual sound your board makes.

I'm also waiting for my cerakey set to come in! I ordered a sky blue one for my white gh60 case so in a way my build looks the opposite of yours 🙂

Oh yes, I do have one. I thought about it but it seems to be a lot of work lol. That's great, just be patient, since it takes forever to arrive but the wait is well worth it. I hope you'll be happy with your mod 🙂
