I got mine today from the batch, it was stuck on printing label until the last hour and I received 17 updates and a phone call saying it’s about to arrive??
i just called ups australia and they said havent received it which is odd and they claimed wooting hasnt handed it over to ups
so i dont even know at this point haha

@scenic crescent spoke to ups again because the first person didnt answer my questions they are adamant that wooting hasn't handed the package over and that there is no possibility that they might not of scanned it. Also said that the eta of Friday probably wont happen

Aus here and having the same issue, expected delivery ended up being delayed until the 12-15th after everything, with it not even being scanned yet I highly doubt it gets here by tomorrow lmao

It isn't Wooting's fault, still a little frustrating to have paid for expedited shipping and have it be further delayed after all the previous ones, hate to be annoying with emails but I have sent them one a few days ago so we'll see what they say. Feels bad cause I know they're a small company

Unfortunately yes, their customer service is clueless as to everything that happens, any issues and they tell you to contact another department, or they just simply refuse to listen

Just to clarify in case it isn't a joke - Our warehouse does not allow pickups.
I know it seems annoying, I'm in the same boat so I get it, however I'm sure they are doing everything they can to prevent any issues as well and ensuring any that do happen are solved as quickly as possible. Waiting is the only option for us and them, they have to wait a certain number of days before they can launch an investigation. They're a small company, things like this and responding to emails regarding it can take time.
I can't believe that the person who ordered after me will receive it first.I'm not sure anymore, so I'm going to sleep.
My friend bought it after me, but the package has already left Germany.That's too bad.
If after 72 hours of the label being created it hasn't been picked up by the parcel carrier (excluding DeutshcePost) then there is likely to be some kind of issue.
However, it's impossible to know if the issue is that the order wasn't shipped correctly or if the order wasn't processed correctly by the parcel carrier. If the parcel carrier didn't process it correctly, then there is a large chance that the issue resolves itself and the shipment is found, scanned, and delivered.
This is why we have a defined policy for how long we need to wait before being sure that the parcel won't be found and delivered as expected. Note that this is defined on a per shipping method and per destination basis, as per this chart
Here is an example of a shipment not getting scanned correctly by the parcel carrier, but being found and eventually processed.
This is the reason why we have to wait to be sure that the shipment is actually lost before we send a replacement shipment

When I contacted Ups, they told me to contact Wooting because I didn't receive the package and I don't know
Pretty sure they have it. As if wooting wouldn't hand it over
I heard that I didn't get the prize from UPS
WOOTING handed over the products to UPS.
UPS may not have scanned the labels for those products or may have missed them from the shipment.
In the former case, there is a possibility that the actual product is on the move. Online confirmation is just delayed.
In the case of the latter, we have to wait until the UPS figure out their mistake. If they find a mistake, they will fix the delivery of the product later.
However, if there is no response after 14 days from the date of label creation, WOOTING will consider it as lost and send the product again.
To be honest, if I had to wait for two weeks, I would have ordered by ship…..
電話で聞いた話ですが、UPSはいくつかのポイントでラベルをスキャンするタイミングがあるらしく、現状そのどこでもラベルがスキャンされていないとのことです。その結果として考えられるのは、そもそも発送元から受け取りができていないのではないか、ということでした。
ちょっと理解できないですね、、、こんなに待たされるなら6000円も払わずに船便にすればよかったとがっかりです、、、
双方が、あっちが悪い、と言ってる状態なので真偽はわかりませんが、どちらにせよ3000円ほど多く払った恩恵はないどころか、余計なストレスを買ってしまいましたね…
安い方だともう届いてたんでしょうかね…?

I asked ups and they said Wooting didn't post it. I don't know what went wrong, we chose Express, but it wasn't fast at all, and we had to deal with the anxiety of waiting.
Either one of them must refund some money for the mistake in shipping

If we can determine that the shipment is lost, we will send a replacement immediately. You will not have to wait for the next batch to deliver
As a result, it doesn't seem to be much different from ship.I pay more for air than by ship.

Looking at the chart above, does it take 2 weeks in Japan to determine that a package is lost? I think it would take a considerable amount of time for the package to be sent from there, but am I supposed to wait forever?

14 days with standard shipping, 7 with expedited, yes. Those are the timeframes set up with the warehouse and courier.
What about Australia I did ups express saver is that 7 days as Japan or different and it would be from the date the label was made correct?

I'm not really the guy to ask for details about shipping. That's Mark's area. But I would assume it's 14 days if you're using DeutschePost and 7 if UPS?

In the case of delivery to Japan using UPS, since the label was created on June 9th, does that mean it will be redelivered on June 16th?
Redelivered? No. It means you can reach out to us to start that procedure. We do not send out anything automatically.

When huge batches of shipments are sent all at once, a small percentage experience some kind of error. This is the case with every big batch of shipments we send, and the error rate is always at or less than 1%
No worries, hopefully it’s just waiting to be cleared at customs and they haven’t scanned ahha

Somewhere between 50% and 80% of the shipments that seem to be experiencing a no first scan error fix themselves within the timeframes provided above and deliver without further issue

Check the UPS again. In my case, 20 minutes ago, I went from the current label creation step to the next step.
My delivery went from "Label Created" to "On the Way".
When was the label created?

There is a difference between that person and my label scan time. So let's wait as the scan may still be in progress.
I'm pleased to see some of the orders progression naturally, this will be the case for most folks. For the few who do end up "timing out" we've ready to take action as soon as it meets the established timeframes - trained additional staff on how to process the resolutions this week. We got you 🙂

There seems to be a difference of tens of minutes in scan times. If you are still stuck at the "label created" stage, wait a little longer and you may see results. at least until tomorrow.

One thing I would like to say is that it has not been picked up until a while ago and is later than other people in the same batch. we have to wait until the 20th.

To be clear: we have taken no action on these orders, we have not reshipped them, and we have no insight into why some take longer than others to get scanned and processed. All we can do is say that they're probably on the way and if it turns out that they aren't that we've got you covered

We paid lot of money and it was a great experience buying excuses for not shipping and over a week of delivery delays.
We paid more and ended up getting slower delivery than people who paid less. To be honest, whether Wooting or UPS is bad, the fact that "I felt uncomfortable with the purchase of Wooting" remains the same, and the image is down. I have a lot of feelings that I want some kind of statement, refund, or some kind of response.
UPS or the fulfillment center is doing their job, may not be the best, but it's OK.
imo the problem here is that wooting set the ETA too early, so we felt like it was delayed.
my order from eu-ster was also delayed even though "no first scan error" did not occur.
Can confirm that this is at least the case for my order, I enquired just out of curiosity for the time frame, waited until today and then got my first update from UPS that it’s now on its way
