Hello! Ever since I recieved my keyboard in late April I have been trying to return it, but Wooting Support has gone radio silent and not giving me shipping label or anything similar. Is there a way to get this sorted through the staff here? Thanks!

Let's see. Yeah it looks like you sent us an email a while ago, and we tried to follow up in late May (we've been changing our support platform, so a few emails may have gotten lost somewhere in the process)
