Hi there,
It's unfortunate to see that your shipment's tracking seems to be stuck on label created.
You may be experiencing what is called a No First Scan error, which occurs either when there is a problem with how the shipping label was created, or if the parcel carrier fails to scan the shipment when it gets picked up.
These almost always resolve themselves after a few days of waiting, but you will have to send us an email at social@wooting.io for more assistance if it does not change. 🙂
After what period of time should we contact wooting support?
If the order is still on packing stage after 14 days, we can reach out to the courier and warehouse for an investigation (7 days if it is express shipping)
