keyboard keeps disconnecting and reconnecting

i keep geting this error thing i tried resesting it the way it says in the sofware i got the right one any idea on how to fix thanks

i have l-connect 3 and mystic lights but they just controll my pc rgb nothing on keybored or anything

Close them, try and open Wootility again and see if it works now.

Some RGB apps interfere with the USB connection.

i tried it it didnt work i restated my pc and didnt open my pc rgb and still didnt work

The reconnection issues are typically caused by third party RGB software. The Wootings can't handle if multiple apps try to communicate with it.
Even the Lian Li software L-Connect 3 don't support the Wootings it's known to cause issues.

This applies to the reconnection issue. But it looks like you now have a different issue.
I guess you tried an update or restoring and that failed, or?

In the case you are using the web version of the Wootility please make sure you also provided access to the Wooting when that is in the bootloader mode.

Wooting uses different device nodes depending on the mode the device is in and you need to provide the permissions once for each mode.

okay mate i think it is l-connect 3 cus when i quit it it works so any idea on on how i can have l-connect open with this keybored sofware or is there no fix rn

I'm still investigating into this issue. While I know where it breaks we haven't found the bug yet which causes it.
You only need the Wootility when you want to change the configuration. So quit the Lian Li app for the moment where you need to make config changes. So basically you should not need the Wootility that often. To swap though the profiles you can still use the internal keyboard shortcuts.
Also Mansen told you to quit both apps for a reason.

The keyboard has four internal profiles. This should be enough for the majority.
