Hello. I ordered 'Wooting 60HE' and it was scheduled to be delivered on June 13th. However, the product can be upgraded on the homepage, so I ordered an additional 'Wooting Wrist' Rest, so the scheduled delivery date has been changed to mid-July.
If I cancel the additional order, will the scheduled delivery date be returned to before?
PS. Currently, I have made a cancellation inquiry for additional orders through the ticket

if u dont upgrade via the hub while its possible and you cancel via email you will lose your spot in the batch

I'm only trying to cancel the additional 'Wooting Wrist', but still lose the spot in the batch? Then, is it the same as the order from the beginning again?

if the keyboard is already shipped out from the warehouse to you. accept the package and ask for a rma via email. else ask for help via the email adres(might take a while to get a response)

i did the same thing. i just added lubing kit and now its saying NA-watch

just unfortunate that they dont tell you that if you upgrade ur order you pretty much loose your spot. i sent an email since its only showing NA-watch batch and after looking around its not even a batch update. so im little confused
