I ordered it at the end of April and received usps tracking, but the update has stopped since May 8th when can I get my item?

Please send us an email at social@wooting.io regarding this if you haven't already. It looks like the package may have gotten stuck with the courier for an extended period of time, which we will have to investigate and resolve via email. 🙂

Please be patient as Wooting right now has high volume of emails to deal with and they need sometime to look into each cases one by one. They are hiring more CS Representatives to deal with your issue but this doesn't mean that your case will get resolved immediately ASAP. So I would say, the best is you have to be patient and wait further.

It's also best that you ping Mark to resolve the issue since he is the one that mostly handles these kinds of things. Again, apologies if you still haven't received an update from USPS regarding your item.

Our customer support team is working hard on getting all tickets resolved as soon as possible. I'm not sure what happened when USPS handed over the package to "an agent" (whatever that means), but please reach out to them and ask for clarification on what happened, as we'll do the same on our end with the courier and our shipping partner in the US.

I see that you've sent us an email from a different address than the one tied to the order. Please send a followup email with the full name and shipping address of the order, so we can confirm we're talking to you. 🙂
