Hey,
as I have an open order and tried to contact support to change it, I asked myself if it would be smarter to cancel and restart the order instead?
The payment seems processed already and I did not find a cancel button.
I put the order on hold, but did not get feedback from support yet.
Order: EU50928H - wanted to switch from Two HE to 60HE.
#Order Edit vs Cancel?

We'd have to do more work for the cancel, and we'd pay fees to the payment provider. So please let us help with the order edit instead 🙂
Sorry for the wait. Our customer support team is working hard on getting all tickets resolved as soon as possible. 🙂
Ah, thanks! Sure, I´ll wait then. Just wanted to make sure I am not giving you more work 🙂
hey again, should i also keep it "on hold"? because id like to get this with the next batch if possible. Its not a big change to the order i guess, but haven´t heard back from support yet :/
This edit request has been completed now 🙂
Yes, thank you! Are all 60HE wooting keyboards now ARM? is there even an option or reason not to want an ARM version?
was a bit confusing to see that in there. could only find people having a discussion about issues with the AVR version🤷♂️
All of our keyboards are ARM as of around Summer/Fall last year. Only way you could have an AVR is by receiving yours in Summer of last year or buying a preowned keyboard on eBay or something. 🙂
ah, so i guess its only an upgrade, no reason for wanting an AVR version?
oh and are the switches pre-lubed or would i have to do that myself?
Indeed.
ARM replaced AVR. It's not much of an upgrade though in practical terms. More of a change of necessity, since we couldn't find suppliers for AVR and had to retool the keyboards to adapt to ARM (which has a few benefits but nothing gamebreaking)
The switches are factory lubed, which is better than no lube - But there's still some gains from handlubing.

Not mandatory by any means though.
Always wondered how you can lubricate your lekker switches or grease your stabilizer wire. In this video, we will deep dive on different methods of lubing and some general tips and tricks. Using the Wooting 60HE.
