Hi,

I sent a request for an order change about a week ago and I was just wondering if it was possible to change my order from a full-sized to a 60%. I understand there's a backlog so I've placed the order on hold and I'm totally okay with tanking the price difference if it helps the process. This has just been on my mind the past week and I wanted to get it sorted. Sorry for any inconvenience I may be causing.

This order edit request is in queue but because of how we changed from DAP to DDP shipping (tax now included) for your destination country, the backend processing for this request is more complicated and we don't have everyone trained on this kind of support request yet.

For the quickest resolution, I'd suggest you place a new order for the products you'd like and request the other order to be canceled instead.

This costs us a bit in transaction fees, but it will get you a 60HE allocated ASAP
