I got my 60he december 2022 i have not touched anything besides making sure everything is connected solid and i use the wooting cable but after a recent update this past month, playing valorant, csgo and even on my desktop my keyboard will kind of disconnect and i cant move my mouse or anything. but it will come back a second later. What should I do?

If your mouse is also disconnecting, it sounds like your PC is having issues, not just the keyboard.

I feel like if it were my pc everything would disconnect like my mic, go xlr, streamdeck, etc

Please provide all error logs of the desktop Wootility. You can find these at the end of the troubleshooting section in the settings menu of the desktop Wootility.

It would be really nice if you can provide additional info by sending a Registry dump. For that please open the Registry editor (Regedit) and export two keys by via the context meny (right click) of the keys. The keys are HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\USB and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\HID.
If you want to provide these please send me them in private. For that you need to send me a friends request.

By the way, do you own or use any Razer device?

i do not own any razer devices. i have a shure mic, go xlr mini, stream deck, astro a40 headset and a duck feather mouse. other than that i have my iphone charger plugged in. ill also get the logs as soon as i can

Please provide the generated file "USB devices.txt" from this command: pnputil /enum-devices /class USB > "%USERPROFILE%\USB devices.txt"
This generates a list of the all the USB devices on the system and so may helps me figuring out why the issue occurs. The file is then located here: "%USERPROFILE%\USB devices.txt"
