Hey! My 60HE stopped working all of a sudden. The lights are on and working but no input on any key when pressed. The lights change depending on the profile selected. It's detected in Wootility Web and Device Manager. I've tried different ports & cables as well as restoring it via Wootility Web, all to no avail so far. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!

So you can still configure it in the Wootility, like changing the profile?
Did it work on the other profiles?
Did the bindings for the emulated controller work?

So what was it?

Bios issue that caused all the USB ports on my pc to be dead. The one the 60HE was plugged into was the only one out initially.

Ok, thx... Hmm, but then it's weird that the LED still went on.

yeah that part I'm still unsure of. all of the ports we're non responsive/dead but the one connected to the 60HE was "dead" yet had the LED on.

The Wooting firmware should only enable the LEDs when the device was enumerated, meaning detected and activated by the system. That should not be possible when the port is disabled. It should may not even be powered.
