I have a few systems I use my Wooting on that are bitlocker protected, which require a password to boot Windows. There are Capital letters that I would normally press SHIFT+P for a capital P. However, on my Wooting 60HE, shift does not to produce a capital P.
Say my passcode is PassWord, through the power of panic attack, frustration and anger, I discovered I must press CAPS, P, CAPS, a, s, s, CAPS, W, CAPS, o, r, d.
Once in windows, or if I connect to Mac or Android everything works fine.... It is just this post-POST and pre-Windows text entry that this occurs.
Is this some setting/config I must change from the default?

I believe we fixed this with a slightly tweaked build of the firmware.
I'd have to wait for Rocky to swing by with more information though.
Hmm, shift should work, only caps lock should not as far as I know.
As Mansen mentioned there is a dev firmware which addresses this. If you want you can try it out. For that please use this web Wootility link (https://beta--wootility.netlify.app/?test-builds=true), got to the update section in the settings menu, then click on "Get test firmware" and install "2.6.16-test.usb-boot.0 - Fix for poor behaviour in pre-OS env".
Please report back how it behaves and if it works or not.
The 2.6.16-test.usb-boot fixed the issue. Shift now functions pre-OS boot.
Haven't noticed any odd or unexpected behavior over the last few weeks since updating.
