how long can orders that are "on hold" be cancelled? | Wooting | Page 1

i have an order from EU-Dop set on hold because i asked if i can change it from ANSI-US to ISO-nokeycap last minute. i haven't gotten an answer for 2 weeks (which is fine, i know you're overworked and i dont mind waiting longer), but i figured that in case the answer is "no", i should just open a new order before EU-Koffie goes out of stock as well, and then cancel one of the orders later when i have the answer.

i just want to make sure: since my first order has already passed the 14 days line, will i still be able to cancel it any time (since it never left the warehouse in the first place) ?

We can definitely edit the order. Everything is by email, so you may as well wait for the response from us (posting your ordernumber here might help)
