For context: I have already submitted a message via the wooting hub site however due to it being a sunday and all, just wanted to ask here for speed.

Was curious as to how long on typical it takes for a pre-order cancelation request to be looked/responded towards, obviously the reason isn't because I don't not want to have the 60he, it's just because of the wait period of time due to recently breaking (accidentally) my one 2 mini [cause of those flip caps with water and it going all over the board] and I kind of need a mechanical keyboard for now instead and waiting 20-ish days from now is a period of time I don't wish to.

Cancellation requests are typically handled within 3 business days. However we're experiencing a high support request queue and so it may take longer than usual.
