I received an email thanking me for my pre order. I did not place a pre order. I ordered a 60HE Keyboard on the 22nd, and purchased expedited shipping with it (along with a travel case) USPS customer support confirmed with me over the phone their facility has yet to receive my order? Any clarification as to whether my order is actually coming or not?

Idk what to tell you besides that the email you're showing is probably an automated email. If the shipping label is created they probably handed it to the courier already.

It usually takes most couriers a couple of business days after picking up the parcel to actually scan it into their systems and show delivery information.

yeah they send that right away but unless they turned up production and shipping i payed for the 2 day shipping premium as well and it took all of 3 months to be received. lol and the stock-batch https://next.wooting.io/batch-updates?batch=EU-Ster depending on where you are and the batch you got in will tell you when to expect it
