I use ctrl to crouch, and it randomly releases it even though the key is pressed all the way down. I usually see the problem when my pinky is not on the center of the key

Is rapid trigger enabled? If so on which sensitivity is it?

Probably to high sensitivity and you let go a bit and it looks like something is broken

Got the same issue when i got mine i recommend to either lift up the RT or disable it for your cntrl key
