Please press the right alt key and check if then the comma may get's registered. Please test this with Tachyon enabled and disabled.

If you bound comma to another key on the Wooting which you know works the issue somewhat is suppressing the key action. Then it can be the OS, an app or the keyboard and we need to find out who.

You can use the touch RGB effect check the analog level which the keyboard detects for that key.

So the key in general should work. So please rule it down where the issue is.

Like you can connect another keyboard and check if the comma works there.

You can try a restoring.

That should fix it if it's caused by the keyboard due to bad settings.

You should also test it on another system to cross check that it's really the keyboard.

You can even test it on a smartphone.

Hmm, now comes the tedious part. Find what's causing it. You can boot into the safe mode and check if it then works. Then you can disable all programs from the auto start to rule down which app this may causes.

just an update I have booted into safe mode and the comma does work. Now its finding what app is causing it thanks for the help

so I have disabled all my apps and even updated my windows but still the comma doesnt work. is there anything else It might be ?

I have found the fix, the comma was linked to a bind in the overlay of geforce experience and thus was causing my comma to not work. It works now thank you. not sure how to close this thread
