We did show it on checkout, as well as send you an email on the 19th of March informing you of this. Due to post-brexit import changes, we can't charge the UK VAT on the order on checkout, if the order is larger than 135£.

So UPS/DPD does it once the package arrives at UK customs.

VAT you would have paid anyway and the 11 or so quid that Brexit has resulted in for import handling.
