#Unable to transfer my Order

After double checking if i typed everything correctly, i am still unable to add my order to my account.
I have placed my order on the 11th of April ( yesterday) yet i am unable to review my order *through my account.

I just want to know if everything went smoothly with my order and would love to be able to review it as soon as possible :3

Besides that, is there a possibility to „upgrade“ my order from the current EU-Ster batch to the EU-Heelal one?
I am referring to the „Buffer Stock“.
Is there a way to buy an upgrade from the buffer stock?
I‘ve read about it in the stock batch updates and would love to hear from someone who can give me further insight towards this!

Hi there, the upgrade is not available for EU-Ster orders at this time (and it's actually closed for EU-Heelal too)
But it looks like your order isn't connected to that email. Please send us an email to social@wooting.io and include your full shipping address plus the last 4 digits of your card used to purchase so that we can verify your identity and get your order hooked up to your email. (probably just a typo when you placed the order)

If you've got an order confirmation then you've got an order. It's only a matter of getting it hooked up to your email, or figuring out why it isn't already.

In either case, we'll process it as quickly as we can. There's a whole lot of requests at the moment and we're working through them as quickly as possible.
