Hello,

As the title says, I got an email from DPD about needing to pay the import fees which I did, and it also reflected on the tracking as well. However, there has been no updates about it for the entire week. It says that the package has been in the UK for a week now. Should I be worried?

@lost sorrel your order has successfully exported from the Netherlands, successfully imported to the UK, and successfully cleared customs.
The expectation is that DPD delivers it within a couple days after clearing customs. That is over a Easter holiday period, but it's now been 7 days so it seems like something is up.

I recommend reaching out to DPDUK directly to inquire as to the status of your shipment.

Should the tracking fail to show any updates for 14 days, we can assume the shipment to have been lost and send a replacement. This will need to be handled via email to social@wooting.io, cannot be processed via Discord.

Since you've already paid customs fees for the shipment that is possibly lost, you'll want to request DPDUK to refund that purchase. This should be straightforward given that the tracking shows it was never delivered, but if you get pushback, let us know.
