I tried to update firmware and it bricked my brand new wooting. Took it out of the box, downloaded wootility and tried to update and flashing firmware to device bar didn't even move before it failed. Each time it fails to update or restore it also freezes my browser/application. I already tried the easy troubleshooting included in your support, and I tried a different cable plus restoring in USB 2.0. Nothing is working. Im on Windows 11.

Please provide all error logs of the desktop Wootility. You can find these at the end of the troubleshooting section in the settings menu.
How is you USB setup, like how is the Wooting connected to the system? For example on the back I/O port of the mainboard or the case through a mainboard header, directly of via a USB hub or switch, stock cable or third party cable?
