  4. lubed and installed Zeal stabs

It's compatible so long as you grind / Dremel down the top left stand off. But I went further and used my Dremel to remove as many unnecessary stand-offs as I could.

I prefer this style to the more boxy Tofu as well, I was surprised by how quality and heavy it felt. Not that the cost would infer anything else.

Sorry for the late reply, I use this tablet mount and clamp it to the monitor arm (of the monitor below it):

I use this generic clap arm, plus this adapter (remove the screw), plus this magsafe car charger (clamped to the adapter) to mount my phone to the monitor arm as well:
